    Having regularly enjoyed hospitality packages at Goodwood over several years, BlackRock wanted to get more involved with the estate and asked us to devise and procure a bespoke package of rights and benefits in relation to Goodwood that would deliver against BlackRock’s key marketing and hospitality objectives.

    The brief was assigned to senior members of our commercial team familiar with negotiating and concluding a wide variety of sponsorship agreements with many different types of organisations. With a relatively short window of opportunity to conclude a deal, our team negotiated with Lord March and his team at Goodwood, and between them devised a bespoke package of rights that would see BlackRock become an Estate Partner of Goodwood with sporting rights across the estate, including shooting, golf, and track days, as well as top level sponsorship rights across Festival of Speed (with exclusive title sponsor rights to the prestigious Drivers Club, which rights had just become available for the first time in 10 years) Glorious Goodwood and Goodwood Revival.
